LEGAL AND PUBLIC NOTICE FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES!
We have noticed that one or more freelance/independent promoters/people who have previously hired/rented our venue on a daily basis from time to time have contacted members of public and have hired/rented out our venue to various people for private/open to public events and have accepted cash deposit in various amounts from those people in question without our knowledge and authority whatsoever by using our name fraudulently. Please note that the Police have already been informed about these fraudulent activities. Please be extra cautious when someone approaches anyone to offer hiring/renting out our venue and in case please contact our Mr A Yalcin and Mr A Karaarslan immediately since no one has been authorised to represent us for hiring/renting out our venue or for any other purposes whatsoever and hence no one has such an authority other than Mr A Yalcin and Mr A Karaarlan. We do not and cannot accept any legal and financial responsibility for your loss that you may incur as a result of someone using our name fraudulently. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS. WHEN YOU ARE APPROACHED BY SOMEONE WHO REPRESENT HIMSELF/HERSELF AS PART OF OUR TEAM AND AS OUR REPRESENTATIVE PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM AND PLEASE EITHER CONTACT OUR ABOVE NAMED CONTACTS OR POLICE IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO ANYONE OTHER THAN MR A YALCIN AND MR A KARAARSLAN AND DO NOT MAKE ANY ARRANGEMENT WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN MR A YALCIN AND MR A KARAARSLAN FOR EVENTS AND HIRING PURPOSES WHATSOEVER.
